AITAC, a member of the OCX consortium, builds solutions to allow OCX data to be used in IT systems that do not yet support this standard. Check out this quick demo to see how OCX data version 2.8.6 is imported into 3DExperience; we are currently working on implementing OCX 3.0.0; stay tuned to see how we established the second importer to 3DExperience that complies with OCX schema 3.0.0.

Testing with imported OCX model to be further used in 3DEXPERIENCE Platform (3DX) for FEA mesh generation - successful.
A few limitations have been identified mainly related to the currently missing mapping of material, thickness and profile section. If it is missing in the database, or there's a difference of the names between OCX and the 3DX structure setup.
